Skincare is a category where a broken bottle is never just a broken bottle. It is a refund, a replacement shipment, a customer service thread, and sometimes a review that mentions leakage. Most small brands treat this as the cost of shipping glass. It is not. It is the cost of inconsistent packaging.

The Aircosan YA10C is a 35cm-wide paper bubble machine with a built-in automatic cutter. The measurable effect on a skincare operation shows up in three places over six months.

The first is material spend. Pre-made plastic void fill is purchased as a finished product. Kraft paper is purchased as a raw material. At equivalent coverage, paper costs less per order, and because the cutter produces a set length rather than a hand-pulled piece, there is no over-wrap. Brands that track invoices usually see the line item drop within two months.

The second is damage rate. The improvement comes from consistency rather than stronger material. With hand-wrapped plastic, coverage varies between operators and between busy and slow hours. With the YA10C, every piece is the same length. Damage usually happens at the weakest point in a wrap, not the average, so reducing variation matters more than adding thickness.

The third is unboxing feedback. Kraft paper cushioning looks deliberate. Customers notice the difference, and in a category built on trust, that is worth something that does not appear on a cost sheet.

The technical side is simple. The YA10C forms the bubble structure with mechanical embossing rollers. No inflation, no heating, no adhesive. It accepts specialty kraft paper from 70 to 140 gsm and adjusts forming pressure automatically based on actual thickness. The unit runs on a standard 200W outlet.

Aircosan manufactures these machines in our own facility, with units up to 80cm wide and customizable embossing patterns.

Six months is long enough for the pattern to be clear. The machine does not change what the brand sells. It changes what the brand spends and what the customer sees.
