Large fulfillment centers operate with multiple packing zones, each requiring a reliable supply of protective material. Manual material distribution between zones creates labor costs, delays, and inconsistent supply. Some zones receive more material than needed while others run short. This uneven distribution reduces overall fulfillment efficiency.

The Aircosan P50-3 solves this with triple-output design. This industrial unit splits one cardboard sheet into three separate streams of honeycomb mesh, each feeding a different packing zone. With 55cm width, 15mm thickness capacity, and 18 meters per minute speed, the unit supplies multiple zones consistently. Each stream delivers uniform material, ensuring all zones maintain productivity.

Aircosan operates our own manufacturing facility, also producing systems up to 120cm wide. The P50-3's triple-split mechanism maintains consistent output across all streams, reflecting our precision engineering capability. The unit is built for continuous operation in busy fulfillment environments.

For fulfillment center managers, the P50-3 eliminates manual material distribution between packing zones. Each zone receives consistent material without requiring staff to transport supplies. Compared to operating separate shredders in each zone, the P50-3 requires less equipment investment and maintenance. The balanced distribution helps equalize output across the facility. The P50-3 helps large fulfillment operations maintain productivity while reducing labor costs and simplifying material supply management.
