Large warehouses and distribution centers process thousands of shipments daily. Packing stations need a steady supply of protective material to keep up with order volume. When material runs short, packing lines slow down, and shipments miss their deadlines. Traditional single-output shredders often can't keep pace with multiple stations working simultaneously.

The Aircosan P50-3 solves this with triple-output design. This industrial unit takes one cardboard sheet and splits it evenly into three separate streams of honeycomb mesh. With 55cm width, 15mm thickness capacity, and 18 meters per minute speed, it supplies multiple packing stations from a single machine. Each stream feeds consistently, ensuring no station waits for material.

Aircosan builds this equipment in our own factory, also producing systems up to 120cm wide. The P50-3's triple-split mechanism reflects our engineering capability-maintaining consistent output across all three streams requires precision manufacturing and balanced feed distribution. The unit is built for continuous operation in demanding warehouse environments.

Compared to operating three separate shredders, the P50-3 requires less floor space, lower maintenance, and reduced equipment investment. Unlike purchased void-fill that requires storage space and supply chain management, this system produces material on demand from cardboard arriving with incoming shipments. For warehouses handling mixed products-from electronics to household goods-the consistent mesh provides reliable protection. Distribution centers benefit from the elimination of supply delays and reduced packaging costs. The P50-3 helps high-volume operations maintain productivity while reducing material expenses.
