Large furniture is expensive to pack and replace. An integrated wardrobe, a large coffee table, or a flat-pack set needs protection on every edge. Aircosan, a factory with deep technical research and development capability, built the P50-3 cardboard shredder for this work. It has a cutting width of 55cm, a maximum cutting thickness of 15mm, and a speed of 18 m/min. One board goes in, three equal mesh strips come out.
The triple-output design speeds up packing. Instead of one strip per pass, the P50-3 produces three, which reduces handling and keeps material widths consistent. For furniture makers and flat-pack exporters, the mesh replaces foam wrap and plastic film. It cushions edges, separates panels, and fills voids inside cartons.
Aircosan is a manufacturer that produces shredders up to 120cm cutting width, and the P50-3 uses the same heavy-duty cutter shaft and perforating head platform. The cutter shaft is 40Cr steel, built for daily industrial use.
The output is biodegradable packaging and degradable packing material, a practical alternative of plastic packaging. It supports reuse cartons and turn waste into packing materials, which cuts both disposal and material costs.
